Refund Policy

Payments for Thinkspaces subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our merchant of record. All applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax) are calculated, collected, and remitted by Lemon Squeezy. Your receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your first paid subscription to Thinkspaces, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge by contacting us via our FAQ & Support page. This guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first subscription purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for unused days after the 14-day guarantee window has passed.

Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel within 14 days of the annual charge for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is issued for the remaining period of the annual subscription.

Charges After 14 Days

All charges are non-refundable once the 14-day window has passed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our FAQ & Support page within the applicable refund window. Please include the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge. We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days.

Pricing Plans

  • Free — No charge. No refund applicable.
  • Hobby — $8 / month or $79 / year (USD)
  • Pro — $20 / month or $192 / year (USD)

Price Changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your current subscription. If you do not cancel before the effective date, the new price applies at your next renewal.
